Heidi is dedicated to providing professional coaching services to assist individuals and organisations realise their full potential. Coaching has enabled Heidi to achieve a life that she loves which encompasses a challenging, fulfilling career and balances this with a rewarding family life and plenty of leisure time.

Heidi supports and challenges individuals and organisations to achieve their goals. Motivating and encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones and to explore the many possibilities available, breaking down the barriers they have built around themselves. Heidi is committed to action and achieving results through partnering with individuals and businesses to inspire and assist them to 'think outside the box' and to energise them to take action. This prompts the achievement of some amazing and rewarding results.

Heidi has an extensive work history in large corporate and business environments, which incorporate roles in Business Management, Leadership, Human Resources Management and Training and Development. Heidi has specific expertise in Strategic Leadership and Management, People Development, Change Management, Process Improvement and TQM, and People Management, including Performance Management.

Bachelor of Behavioural Science, with a double major in Psychology and Business
Certificate IV in Life Coaching

Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Heidi will also be returning to study in 2004, to continue her professional development and ensure her skills and qualifications are maintained at the highest standards.

Heidi is a member of the International Coach Federation and is currently chairperson of the Membership Committee for the Melbourne Chapter.
