Pamela’s belief in the value of coaching comes from her personal experience and research. During 1998-1999 while completing her Masters thesis, she spent time with the CEO’s of the fastest growing and most successful businesses in Victoria, Australia. The model below was developed from that research which clearly supports the value of coaching, particularly in relation to people in leadership and professional roles – each of the CEO’s interviewed cited coaching as their key preferred learning strategy and their learning was integrated successfully into their business through questioning their Coach.
