Kevin has management extensive experience, encompassing over 30 years in industry, with over 20 years in senior line management positions in both industry and consulting services organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

Everyone has a contribution to make and an opinion to be listened to. This is a belief that Kevin fervently believes in, whether he is building a team for a consulting engagement, or in 1 on 1 consultation with a client. It is this approach that has had Kevin sought out as a coach and mentor.

In servicing the needs of his business clients, Kevin looks to develop a team based approach. He encourages team members to take responsibility and actively encourages them to push the boundaries of their abilities beyond their comfort zones, as he believes that it is in this way that we grow to our full potential.
