Our Office and Customer Services Manager is Rebecca Cook who has a background in office administration, executive assistance, hospitality and customer services roles. Rebecca is also the CEO’s Personal Assistant. Rebecca is ably supported by two assistants, Belinda and Bradley Gillett. Vanessa Gillett manages the Pentangle databases. The research and design team is led by Pamela Wakefield-Semmens, CEO of Pentangle, who brings her many years of experience as a researcher to the role. Research is undertaken annually into areas of relevance to coaching, leadership, personal well-being and personal success. From this research new programs, services and products are developed and current programs and products are updated. Clients and coaches are invited to participate in research projects.

Pentangle's Website designer is Debbie MacDonald, of DMAC Design and Development, a multi-media specialist who designed, built and manages the website, does the design work for the program materials, also, MultiMedia Design and IT needs. Pentangle Master Certified 1-on-1 Coaches Pentangle has a core coaching team of highly skilled and qualified individuals who have received an advanced level of certification training and who meet the highest ethical and professional standards of personal coaching. Pentangle Master Certified Facilitators The Coach Certification and Accreditation training is delivered by Pentangle’s Master Certified Facilitators. These Certification programs will shortly be delivered world-wide.

Pentangle QMQ Interpreters Quality of Motivation Questionnaire (QMQ) debriefing interpretation sessions are delivered by a team of Pentangle QMQ Interpreters. Pamela Wakefield-Semmens leads this team as a Master Interpreter and Master Theorist in QMQ Theory.
